Bonus leave
We offer up to 8 bonus leave days to support rest at the end of the calendar year. This is on top of four week’s annual leave (pro rata).
Salary Packaging
You can get up to $15,900 in tax-free pay each year ($611 each fortnight) for costs like rent, car expenses or a mortgage.
Annual leave loading
In addition to your ordinary pay, you are also paid an annual leave loading of 17.5% of your ordinary rate of pay during periods on annual leave.
Flexible work arrangements
We offer a hybrid working model, so that we all have options to work some days in the office and some days at home.
We also offer flexibility in terms of part time/full time employment, and some flexibility with regards to your working hours.
Employee Assistance Program and professional support
We know that the work we do is complex and can be emotionally challenging All Women’s Legal staff can access free and confidential support and counselling or subsidised visits with a mental health professional they have a relationship with.
Group sessions are run by an external professional each month to make sense of our roles from a trauma informed lens, debrief and learn ways to support ourselves through self-care.
