We support women experiencing family violence, separation, and divorce to find safety and get free legal advice.

We advocate for the rights of women and their children and work with the legal, justice and family violence sectors to make sure women know about the law.    

As the women of Australia raise their voices and demand action on gender equality and violence against women, Women’s Legal Service Victoria has adapted, expanded and improved our services to meet growing demand in the community.

Our family violence legal, policy and education work would not be possible without the support of donors, sponsors and volunteers.
