You have the right to share your feedback, concerns about your case or how we are working with you. You can do this without fear of getting in trouble.
If you have suggestions or concerns with the way a staff member is working with you, we encourage you to provide them with your feedback. This will enable us to understand the issue and work with you to resolve it.
If you feel your concerns have not been addressed, you can make a formal complaint by writing an email to feedback@womenslegal.org.au or send a letter to PO Box 559, Flinders Lane PO 8009. Address your complaint the Director, Legal Services or the CEO.
If you are the victim of a crime and you feel Women’s Legal has not complied with the principles in the Victims Charter Act, you can request a review under the Victims of Crime Commissioner Act 2015.
