Our Case Notes and the Law e-learn strengthens practitioners’ skills to write and maintain case notes by taking a legal lens. It equips practitioners with an understanding and awareness of the legal implications of case notes.
Participants will gain an understanding of:
- Which laws they need to comply with, for example, privacy and freedom of information
- Confidentiality of notes, including legal professional privilege
- The court system
- Subpoenas
- Appearing as a witness in court
Participants will gain skills in:
- Writing and maintaining good case notes
