Our training will help you understand the legal process of Intervention Orders, including what happens if the order is breached and how they interact with other court orders.

To identify supports – legal and otherwise – to assist your client
To explain the process of changing or revoking an Intervention Order
To explain the process when there is a breach of an Intervention Order and develop advocacy strategies to report breaches to police
