This training will build family violence practitioners skills and confidence to support their client through the family law system.
You will learn:
- To explain the process and different ways of making parenting arrangements
- To explain the process of property settlements
- To identify urgent parenting matters
- How family violence intervention orders, child protection orders and family law orders work together
Who is this for?
This workshop is suitable for professionals who work in family violence and other community and human service organisations who are seeking an introductory knowledge of family law.

This training runs over 2 consecutive half days.
Day 1 – 9:30am – 1:30pm
Day 2 – 9:30am- 1:30pm
