Feedback and complaints

We want to hear from you

You can tell us what is going well. You can tell us if something went wrong.
You can make a complaint. You will not get in trouble for feedback or a complaint. It will not change the help you get from us. 

Tell us your feedback or concern

If something did not feel right, please tell us. We will listen. We will try to fix the problem with you.

Make a formal complaint

If your concern is not fixed, you can make a formal complaint.

You can ask a support person or interpreter to help you make a complaint.

What happens next

  • We take your complaint seriously.
  • We treat you with respect.
  • We keep your information as private as possible.
  • We will tell you what is happening.

Other places you can make a complaint

If you are the victim of a crime and think we did not follow the Victims Charter Act, you can ask for a review under the Victims of Crime Commissioner Act 2015.
