Free confidential counselling (or subsidised sessions with your own practitioner) and regular group debriefs with an external facilitator for client-facing and training roles.

Experience in family violence, social justice or community services is valued, but we also recognise transferable skills.
The work you'll do
Depending on your role, you may:
- support help-seekers to get legal help
- provide legal advice and representation
- deliver secondary consultations to workers supporting people experiencing family violence
- work directly with clients to understand their goals and support their safety
- collaborate across disciplines to provide joined‑up responses
- develop and deliver family violence or legal training
- develop resources and community education
- contribute to systemic advocacy and law reform
- manage an office or team
- monitor and evaluate Women's Legal's impact
