Conversations on Legal Practice – Trauma-Aware Lawyering

This bi-monthly webinar series invites lawyers working in family violence and family law to explore what trauma-informed legal practice looks like.

We explore how lawyers can adopt intentional practice approaches to promote safety, accountability and ethical legal practice.

Featuring diverse voices from across the legal sector, this series creates an opportunity for legal practitioners to hear about practical strategies that can better support victim-survivors of family violence navigating family violence and family law systems and strengthen non-collusive practice as a foundation of trauma-informed legal work.

Our upcoming second webinar focuses on non-collusive practice as a foundation of trauma-informed legal work.
